MORPHEUS: A tool combining MORPHometrics and dynamics of 3D-reconstructed Embryos to support IVF coUnSeling with explainable AI

The objective is to combine morphometrics and embryo dynamics to support in vitro fertilization (IVF) counseling through the use of explainable Artificial Intelligence. In particular, we explore the application of AI techniques to improve the IVF evaluation process. The project is carried out in collaboration with the Developmental Biology Laboratory of the University of Pavia and GENERA Srl.

The project has been funded by the European Society of Human Reproduction (ESHRE) from 2025 to 2027.
